If you live within a reasonable travelling
distance of Edinburgh, I can visit you to help you choose the images that
best reflect your memories of your loved-one(s), also choose which pictures you would like printed onto the CD. |

|
If you live further afield, the images can be
posted to me and will be returned, along with your completed CDs. A list
of the images in chronological (date) order and any titles/captions should accompany your photographs. |

|
Whilst every care will be taken with your
photographs (prints, slides or any album that they are mounted in) I
cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. It is your responsibility to arrange insurance for any items posted to me or posted back to you. |

Payment terms are strictly cash with order.
Cheques payable to "Mike Rex" are acceptable or online credit/debit card payments can be accepted using the PayPal system. This involves me sending you an email containing a link for payment. You do not have to be registered with PayPal to use this service. |

A larger number of images may be included if
required. If there are too many to fit onto a CD, a DVD will be used. Other services are available. Please contact me with your requirements. |

Your completed CDs and your photographs will
normally be sent or delivered to you within 21 days of receiving your payment and all I need to complete your order, unless agreed otherwise (e.g. during a holiday period). It may be possible to complete your order much more quickly. |
